S.A.D. I believe is not a depression caused by the lack of sun, but more by not having true trusting, loving relationships in your life that support and nurture you. People have traded in human connection to build their relationships with cell phones, video games, drugs and food..ect. An isolated nation is what we have become, no wonder we are depressed.
