Skulls and Bones.

First – thank you to everyone who reads my BLOG. I can literally feel you ALL stretching through the words and thoughts; weaving your own memories and feelings; and bringing forth actions that I believe will literally change the World one day. For me this is the image of SPIDER MEDICINE. CHANGING THE PLANET is something we can manage together through sharing our blogs and our testimonies. Thank you to all of you out there who refer my blogs to friends and family. Don’t be shy to invite me to read “your blogs”. I’m definitely BIG on getting to know my fellow men and women. ******* Now – here’s what happened to me last week! I was taking the dogs out last week when I suddenly slipped and broke my left ankle in three different places. The doctors explained to me that my foot was literally holding on to my leg with the help of the skin only. I didn’t need them to tell me – it was pretty obvious. When I saw my foot uselessly hanging off the side of my leg I knew there was...

Synchronicities Again.

I’ve talked about synchronicity before but since this is a topic that is directly related to a few passions of mine which are Indigenous Dreaming, Shamanism and the Way of the Sacred Circle – there’s no doubt this subject will be a repeat every now and again on my blog. For those of you who are impressed and fascinated with the topic I do recommend that you go check out Rob and Trish McGregor’s blog, 1111 Synchronicity. They are writing a book on the topic and they welcome your stories. In my life synchronicity is related to Indigenous Dreaming, Shamanism, and the Way of the Sacred Circle. About 12 years ago, I sat down with a Passamaquody elder and Medicine Woman who said to me that synchronicity was the language of the gods. She admitted talking to Spirit, the Ancestors and Creator through the use of it. It certainly made sense to me that the Universe spoke to her with synchronicity but I did wonder how she was able to express herself in the same manner. Do we have an...

Dreaming Repetitive Imagery.

A good 15% of the images we find in our dreams are related to our environment. A change of season, a change of employment, the start of a new relationship, a death in the family or simply a trip to a different region away from home can cause a shift in your dreams. I’ve only touched a fraction of the things you can do on a daily basis that can create a new detail or image in your dream space. Think of it this way – every time you add something new in your life or take away something old your dreams will identify it. When I took this picture (blog photo) of these yellow birds in my garden -- I wasn't prepared for what the dreaming would later communicate to me. It literally introduced 3 months worth of living that was totally unexpected. Not only that but I noticed that synchronicities started appearing more and more in relationship to this image and I was guided to experiences beyond my imagination. Why do dreams connect to life changes? Because we dream for seve...

Synchronicity

Synchronicity means – experiencing more than one event that aren’t meant to be connected and yet show details that bring them together. Example. Today Sylvie was taking care of the pool and GĂ©rard came outside laughingly calling her the “Lady of the Lake.” Tonight, we went to see a movie and one of the characters said: “Are you the Lady of the Lake?” Finally, when we arrived home a neighbour said that he was searching for his dog and it was found by the “Lady of the Lake” a few houses down. Now none of these events were planned. Also none of these events are connected in any way except for the fact that they keep bringing up the notion of the Lady of the Lake. Synchronicity is often understood by common people as coincidence. In my world there is no such thing as coincidence. When synchronicities occur more than a dozen times a day, the word coincidence means “you’re too lazy to dig deeper and uncover other ways to reason out the phenomenon.” I understand synchronicity as our way to co...
