Impressions.

Every day G and I walk the dogs around the neighbourhood.  I love looking at homes.  There are beautiful homes in many of the cities around and within the Montreal area.  Actually, no matter where you go on the planet – it’s interesting to explore people, their stories, and the places they live in.  Often when I speak about dreaming I mention the importance of “impressions.” In our modern society we often depend on sight to dictate what we observe and understand of our environment and ourselves.  Too many people actually believe they can’t dream if they can’t perceive pictures in their minds as they sleep.  My students are always somewhat surprised when we spend the better half of a year working on developing our senses including the 6 th sense.  The notion of “impressions” is crucially important in the journey of an indigenous dreamer. Hypersensitivity & Collectivity

This blog entry is written by Mary Rose Lessoway Each day is so full lately that it is hard to take time to reflect and integrate everything. 2012 seems to have accelerated the pace of life. I put a lot of energy and prayers into those dreamcatchers in hopes that the family issues that the children are living will be healed. I had to do the process of living the issues in my body and mind...  and then changing the patterns, changing my attitudes of negativi

Dreaming: A Glance into my Life.

I was reading the third book in Kristen Painter’s series this afternoon when the thought “a glance into my life” came to mind.   I quickly closed the book and closed my eyes attempting to remain very still.   The slightest quick movement could shift out of the space and I would loose Spirit contact.   It’s the same with dreams.   It takes waking up in a jolt and all is lost.   I’ve been speaking to Spirit since I was a toddler.   Strangely enough, the child in me understood the ways of the dreaming more so then the adolescent and the adult. When CT and KT were born and all through their childhood I noticed how they emanated with “medicine.” They dreamt so lucidly and never asked for interpretation.   They acted on their dreams and thus, naturally.   It was incredibly being in their presence and my journey as a mother was enriched because of it.   I don’t understand many of today's women.   They see motherhood as a personal choice and hence, a personal e
